The Booking Process

  • It all starts when you reach out. Just fill out the contact form with your event date and type, and I’ll reply with an invitation to schedule our first meeting.

  • In our first meeting via Google Meet, we’ll take the time to discuss the details of your event, go over my services, the pricing, and answer any questions you have. This is a casual conversation to help you decide if you’d like to move forward with booking.

    In our second meeting, I’ll walk you through the contract, explaining each section clearly so you fully understand the terms and payment options. If everything looks good and you're ready to move forward, you can sign the contract, and we’ll get the planning underway!

  • Once we both sign the contract, it’s official! From there and on, I’m your go-to resource for any planning needs. I’m happy to answer questions, offer advice, or make recommendations for other vendors (photo booth, dance floor, etc.).

    I’m also happy to meet you at the venue to review the layout and go over any specific details.

  • I meet with clients 2-3 months before the event to discuss your vision and go over the event timeline, ensuring we’re on the same page with all the details. This gives us time to refine the plan and make sure everything aligns with their expectations.

    We can also schedule a follow-up meeting 1-2 weeks before the event to finalize any last-minute details.

  • The big day! I always arrive 90 minutes early to ensure there’s ample time to review details, meet with the party planner or other vendors, and address any last-minute changes. Let’s make this party unforgettable!
